Salesforce Scheduler includes standard flow templates that are specific to scheduling
inbound and outbound customer appointments. Use the provided Salesforce Scheduler flows or
customize them according to your company’s needs.
Required Editions
Available in: Lightning Experience.
Available in: Enterprise and Unlimited Editions
Keep these considerations in mind when using Salesforce Scheduler flows:
In orgs created in Winter ’22 or later, you can’t assign the Run Flows permission to the
Guest User and Experience Cloud External User profiles. Instead, you can give them permissions
to run specific flows.
If you’re building an Experience site using Salesforce Scheduler standard flows, drag the
components directly into the Experience Builder. Using the flow components in custom components
within the Experience Builder can cause errors. To build a customized website, use Lightning
Out or Salesforce Scheduler APIs.
Ensure that the Lightning runtime is enabled for flows.
