Flow Screen Component: Reassign Service Appointments
With this component, users can select alternate service resources to reassign an existing service resource's service appointments to.

| Attribute | Description | Additional Information |
|---|---|---|
| API Name | Use underscores and alphanumeric characters without spaces. Begin the name with a letter, don’t end the name with an underscore, and don’t use two consecutive underscores. |
|
| Current Service Resource ID | The ID of a service resource whose service appointments are to be modified. |
|
| Preferred Service Resource ID | Optional. The ID of the preferred service resource that's to be associated with the service appointment is to be modified. |
|
| Start Date | The start date of the date range to modify appointments for. |
|
| End Date | The end date of the date range to modify appointments for. |
|
| Service Territory ID | The ID of the service territory associated with the service appointments to be modified. |
|
| Filtered Appointments Count | The total number of scheduled services appointments with the specified search criteria. |
|
| Reassigned Appointments Count | The number of service appointments that were reassigned to a selected service resource. |
|
| Failed Reassignments Count | The number of service appointments that can’t be reassigned to a selected service resource. |
