Generate QR Codes for Lobby Management

Greeters can generate QR codes for service territories and waitlists. You can also download the QR code for display, printing, and offline use. 

Required Editions

Available in: Lightning Experience.
Available in: Enterprise and Unlimited Editions
User Permissions Needed
To access the Lobby Management dashboard: Greeter Permission Set license

Generate a QR Code for a Waitlist

  1. From the App Launcher, find and select Waitlists.
    Note
    Note When you create a waitlist, make sure you select Enable self check in and enter the Experience Site URL.
  2. In the QR Code component, click Generate QR Code.
  3. In the Target URL field, enter your Experience Site URL and click Generate.

Generate a QR Code for a Service Territory

  1. From the App Launcher, find and select Service Territories.
  2. In the QR Code component, click Generate QR Code.
  3. In the Target URL field, enter your Experience Site URL and click Generate.
  4. From the App Launcher, find and select Lobby Management and activate a waitlist.
