Verify if a user is missing permissions based on the selected scheduling policy.
Salesforce Scheduler Troubleshooter only checks whether the minimum permissions required to
schedule an appointment are met. You can also check whether the user is missing access permission
for a record.

User Permissions Needed
To run Troubleshooter:
System Admin profile
From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Troubleshooter, and then
select Troubleshooter under Salesforce Scheduler.
Select the user profile.
To identify Salesforce setup issues, click Admin.
To identify issues for an Experience Cloud user, click Experience Cloud
User, and then select the Experience Cloud user.
Click Next.
To check system and object permissions, under Permissions and Access, click FLS
Permissions and Object Access.
Select a scheduling policy, and then click Check.
Review the page to see whether any permissions are missing. To fix the missing
permissions, go to the respective permission pages.
To check access permissions, under Permissions and Access, click Record Access
Permissions.
Enter up to 20 comma-separated record IDs, and click Submit.
Review the page to see whether any permissions are missing. To fix the missing
permissions, go to the respective permission pages.
