          Reschedule an Outbound Appointment in Salesforce Scheduler

          You can reschedule a service appointment to change the appointment date and time or to add more service resources to the appointment.

          Required Editions

          Available in: Lightning Experience.
          Available in: Enterprise and Unlimited Editions
          User Permissions Needed
          To run appointment flows: Run Flows
          To create and modify appointments in Salesforce Scheduler:
          • Read, Create, and Edit on service appointments
          • Read on accounts, contacts, operating hours, service resources, service territories, work types, and work type groups
          1. On the Service Appointments tab, click the service appointment that you want to reschedule.
          2. On the record page, click the Modify Service Appointment quick action.
          3. Select a new time slot. Under Manage Service Resources, add one or more service resources, if needed. Click Next.
          4. Review your service appointment details, click Next, and then click Finish.
