Preselect an Option on the Select Service Resources Page
Save a click when scheduling an appointment by preselecting an option on the Select
Service Resources page. Enter an appropriate value in the Selected Option attribute, depending on
the option you want preselected on the page. Or use the selectedTriageOption variable to set the
value of the attribute.

User Permissions Needed
To open, edit, or create a flow in Flow Builder:
Manage Flow
To run a flow:
Run Flows
From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Flows, and then select
Flows.
Create a flow or edit an existing flow.
Note Before you can edit a flow, you must deactivate it.
In Flow Builder, edit the flow screen with the Select Service Resources flow screen
component.
Select the Select Service Resources flow screen component.
In the Selected Option attribute, enter one of these values.
To preselect the By work type group, appointment type, or service territory option, enter
findResource.
To preselect the By name option, enter specific.
To preselect the By previously scheduled service appointments option, enter
previousServiceResource.
Save your changes, and then activate the flow.
