Here are some things to keep in mind when you reassign multiple appointments.
Multiple service appointment reassignments don’t support concurrent scheduling.
You can’t reassign an appointment with the In Progress, Canceled, or Completed status.
Salesforce Scheduler doesn’t support the Reassign Multiple Service Appointments flow on
mobile devices.
Perform an action.
On the Service Appointment tab, click Reassign Service
Appointments.
On a Service resource’s record page, click Reassign Service
Appointments.
Filter service appointments.
Select a start date and end date, and a service territory.
Select a service territory member whose appointments you want to reassign.
If you launch the Reassign Multiple Service Appointments flow from the service
resource’s record page, the Service Territory Member field defaults to the selected service
resource.
If you want to specify a service resource preferred for appointment reassignment, select
Add preferred service territory member, and then select a service
territory member.
Click Next.
The page lists service appointments categorized by work type groups. If the
Salesforce Scheduler for Health Cloud setting is enabled, the page categorizes the appointments
based on work types. You can select a work type group or work type to list all its related
service appointments based on the search criteria.
Select the service appointments, and then select the service resource in the Alternative
Service Resource column.
The Alternative Service Resource column lists the service resources available for the same
time slot. When you select a preferred service territory member, the column shows the preferred
service territory member if they’re available. Otherwise, the column shows the next available
service resource. If no resources are available, the column shows None.
Click Reassign Service Appointments, and then click
Next.
Click Finish.
