Define Time Slots for Concurrent Scheduling

Define time slots for concurrent appointments and specify the maximum number of appointments that can be made in a time slot.

On the Operating Hours tab, select the operating hours record you want to configure concurrent scheduling for.
On the record page, click Edit.
To add a time slot for concurrent appointments, under Set Concurrent Service Appointment Windows, click Add Row.
Select a day, start time, end time, maximum number of appointments, and appointment topic for the time slot.
Add more rows as required.

Note Concurrent time slots are applicable only to service territory members; they aren’t applicable to service territories or work types. As a result, when viewing a service territory or work type record, you don’t see the concurrent time slots in their operating hours. And during appointment scheduling, only the concurrent time slots in the service territory member’s operating hours are available for selection. Any concurrent time slots in the work type’s or service territory’s operating hours aren’t available.
