          Set Up Scheduling for Guest Users

          Salesforce Scheduler provides a standard flow template, Inbound New Guest Appointment, to let your unauthenticated external users (leads or prospects) quickly schedule appointments with your employees. Users can easily search for and select the right person, topic, location, and date and time for the appointment. You can either use the provided standard flow template or create a flow based on the template and then customize the new template per your business needs.

          Here are the ways to give your guest users access to the Inbound New Guest Appointment flow:

          • Experience Cloud sites: Add the inbound new guest appointment flow to your Experience Cloud site.
          • External websites (your company websites):
            • Add a redirect to an Experience Cloud site: Add the inbound new guest appointment flow to an Experience Cloud site page. Then, add a link to your company website to launch the Experience Cloud site page.
              Note
              Note You can register a customized domain in Salesforce to use with your site for branding.
            • Use Lightning Out: Add the inbound new guest appointment flow directly to your website by adding a Lightning Out-dependency app. Then, your users can access the inbound new guest appointment flow from your company website and also remain on your company website’s URL.
          Note
          Note Guest users can’t modify or delete existing appointments that aren’t created by them.
