  1. Create Work Type Groups in Salesforce Scheduler
    A work type group represents an appointment topic, such as home loan or investment. Create appointment topics that are relevant for your users.

    Work types are templates that are included in a work type group —appointment topic— and service territory —branch location, saving you time and making standardizing your appointment scheduling easier.
