            Add the Lobby Management QR Code Component to Record Pages

            You can add the QR code component to the service territory record page and to the waitlist record page.

            Required Editions

            Available in: Lightning Experience.
            Available in: Enterprise and Unlimited Editions
            User Permissions Needed
            To access the Lobby Management dashboard: Greeter Product Service License
            1. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter User Interface, and then select Lightning App Builder.
            2. Under Action, click Edit next to the Service Territory Page or Waitlist Record page.
            3. In Lighting App Builder, under the Components section, drag the QR Code component onto the record page.
            4. In the attributes panel on the right, for Target URL Field, select Link for a waitlist and Self Check In URL for a service territory.
