Reason	Description
SERVICE_APPOINTMENT	All time slots are already scheduled.
RESOURCE_ABSENCE	Service resources are on leave or unavailable.
SKILLS_MISSING	A service resource with the required skills isn’t available.
TERRITORY_HOLIDAY	The service territory is observing a holiday.
EVENT	The service resource is busy in an event.
FREE_BUSY_EVENT	The service resource is unavailable because freeBusyApi is enabled in an event.
EXTERNAL_EVENT	Service resources are busy with external events.
