Reasons for Missing Time Slots
The Salesforce Scheduler Troubleshooter identifies these reasons for missing time slots.
| Reason | Description |
|---|---|
| SERVICE_APPOINTMENT | All time slots are already scheduled. |
| RESOURCE_ABSENCE | Service resources are on leave or unavailable. |
| SKILLS_MISSING | A service resource with the required skills isn’t available. |
| TERRITORY_HOLIDAY | The service territory is observing a holiday. |
| EVENT | The service resource is busy in an event. |
| FREE_BUSY_EVENT | The service resource is unavailable because freeBusyApi is enabled in an event. |
| EXTERNAL_EVENT | Service resources are busy with external events. |
