            ¿Qué ocurre cuando falla un proceso?

            Cuando un usuario realiza una acción que desencadena un proceso, como, por ejemplo, la creación de un registro, y dicho proceso falla, el usuario obtiene un mensaje de error. El mensaje de error incluye el nombre del proceso, el Id. del error y, a veces, información técnica que el usuario puede proporcionarle a usted, el administrador de Salesforce. Puede utilizar el Id. del error para localizar el email del error detallado que se envió cuando se produjo el fallo en el proceso.

            El mensaje de email incluye el elemento que falló, el mensaje de error de ese fallo, y detalles acerca de los criterios y las acciones que el proceso intentó ejecutar. La línea de asunto es Se produjo un error durante el flujo “Process_Name”: Error.
