          Perform a Guided Risk Assessment

          The Guided Risk Assessment focuses on capturing business context for an org, which can then be combined with specific high risk setting observations without requiring extensive data classification, risk rating, and risk scoring configuration.

          Before you begin, ensure you have the necessary information about your org, including user types and data protection details.

          1. Click the Risk Assessment button.
          2. Click the Start Now button to begin the Guided Risk Assessment.
          3. In the General Org Information page, enter the basic information about the org and click the Authentication Schemes button.
          4. In Authentication Schemes page, enter the number of users of a specific type within the org and select the boxes that apply to each user type.
          5. Click the Data Protection button to continue.
          6. In the Data Protection page, click "Yes", "No", or "Partial" if available, for each question. If "Yes" is selected for the first three questions, provide an explanation in the displayed Explanation box.
          7. Click Perform Assessment to complete the survey.
          8. Select whether to download the assessment as a PDF file or have it emailed to the email address provided in step 3.
