Scheduling Automated Snapshots

You can schedule a Platform Encryption Analysis, Data Classification Snapshot, Security Insights Refresh, History Retention Policy Snapshot, and Fill Rates Analysis. These can be configured to run on a Daily, Weekly, or Monthly basis. When scheduling, it is recommended to schedule the Platform Encryption Analysis to run separately from the Security Insights job, with a two to three hour buffer between them.

In addition to setting scheduling preferences, at least one manual Platform Encryption analysis job must be run to set the precedence on field selection. Own recommends accessing the Platform Encryption Analyzer, selecting high-risk fields, and running a manual job. The scheduler then runs as indicated on the Settings tab.
