          Turn On Field History Tracking

Field History Tracking helps ensure compliance, maintain data integrity, and enhance security by providing a detailed audit trail of changes to critical fields.

When high-risk fields, as defined on the Data Classification tab, are untracked, a red aura appears around the border of the field's check box. Additionally, an emoji is displayed next to the number of fields being tracked.

          1. Click the drop-down arrow next to the desired object. If a Data Classification analysis has been complete, sensitive fields are highlighted.
          2. Click the check box next to each field that requires change tracking.
          3. Once complete, click "Update Policies" to save your selections.
The selected fields are now tracked.
