          Exclude Certain Emails and Events from Syncing to Salesforce

          When you add email addresses or domains to the Excluded Addresses list for your org, emails and events with those people or companies aren’t added to the activity timeline of related Salesforce records. Events aren’t added to the Salesforce calendar or synced between Salesforce and the connected account. Your Excluded Addresses list applies to all Einstein Activity Capture users. Users can add more email addresses to their own Excluded Addresses lists. By default, your company's internal email domain is automatically excluded.

          Available with Einstein Activity Capture Standard in Sales in Starter, Pro Suite, Professional, and Enterprise Editions
          Available with Unlimited Edition, Einstein 1 Sales Edition, and Agentforce 1 Edition
          Available with Einstein for Sales, which is included in Einstein 1 Sales Edition and available for an extra cost in Enterprise and Unlimited Editions
          Available with Sales Engagement, which is included with Sales in Performance and Unlimited Editions, and available for an extra cost in Professional and Enterprise Editions
          Available with Revenue Intelligence, which is available for an extra cost in Enterprise and Unlimited Editions

          User Permissions Needed
          To update the Excluded Addresses list: Customize Application OR Modify All Data
          To view the Excluded Addresses list: View Setup and Configurations

          Review the org-wide excluded addresses list immediately after setting up Einstein Activity Capture. If you have customers, prospects, or contacts who use the same domain as your company, their emails and events are blocked from being added to Salesforce records. Verify the list to confirm that customer communications aren't being filtered out.

          1. From Setup, enter Einstein Activity Capture in the Quick Find box, and then select Settings.
          2. Click the Excluded Addresses tab.
          3. Click Add.
          4. Follow the prompts to update the Excluded Addresses list.
