Considerations for Activity Reminders
- External users, such as Customer Community, Customer Community Plus, and Partner Community users, don’t receive activity reminders.
- Activity reminders refresh every 10 minutes. Save any changes that impact reminders at least 10 minutes before the reminder is scheduled to appear. For example, if you schedule a reminder to appear 1 hour before an event, save any changes at least 1 hour and 10 minutes before the event. If you make changes outside of the refresh cycle, you can experience issues such as not receiving reminders based on your updated time zone or attendees not receiving reminders.
- Real-time notifications can be delayed when more than 1,000 users in a Salesforce org are logged in and receive notifications. Refresh your Salesforce page to get new notifications.
