            Display Contacts in an Org Chart in Salesforce Classic

            Show the contacts on an account within an org chart in Salesforce Classic.

            Required Editions

            Available in: Salesforce Classic
            Available in: All Editions
            User Permissions Needed
            To view org chart: Read on contacts
            To change org chart: Edit on contacts
            To add, edit or delete hierarchy columns: Modify All Data

            Enter a contact in the Reports To field for every contact on an account except the one at the top of the org chart. If a contact’s Reports To field is empty, the org chart shows only a single person, regardless of how many contacts are assigned to the account.

            1. On the contact’s details page, in the Reports To field, enter the name of the contact’s manager. Save your change.
            2. To view the contact within an org chart, on the contact’s details page, click View Org Chart.
