            Assign a Theme to New Customer Sites

            Create a workflow rule that automatically assigns a theme to a new customer site. (Salesforce CPQ Managed Package)

            Required Editions

            Available in: Salesforce CPQ Summer ’17 and later
            1. Create a theme that you want to use for your customer site.
            2. Use a workflow rule to assign the theme to a profile.
              • Object: User
              • Criteria: User Type equals Partner
              • Workflow Action
                • Type: Field Update
                • Name: Set Theme
                • Field to Update: Theme
                • Value: Use a formula to set the new value
                • Formula: Document ID for the theme, enclosed in single quotes
