Edit Order Product Quantities
Change the quantity of order products on your order. (Salesforce CPQ Managed Package)

You can edit order products only on inactive orders that you create while Allow Multiple Orders is enabled.
- You can’t split orders for Reduced Quantity Order Products.
- You can’t adjust Reduced Quantity Order Products to have an Ordered Quantity of 0.
- When returning the full quantity of an Order Product where Quoted Quantity = 0, changes to the Ordered Quantity have no effect.
The Edit Products page shows all products from your original quote. The checkbox is selected for the products currently on your order.
- Quoted Quantity: The total number of units on the quote line that created this order product.
- Ordered Quantity: The number of units that you ordered across all the orders that you made from your quote.
- Available Quantity: The number of remaining units available to add to the order. This number changes based on the edits that you make to the Quantity field.
- Quantity: Enter the updated number of units that you want on this order. You can deselect the checkbox to remove the entirety of this order product line from your order. You can also select an unselected checkbox to add the entire available quantity of order products to this order.

In your order, click Edit Order Products.
Salesforce CPQ shows the Edit Products page.

Increase or decrease the quantity of your order products as needed.
You can deselect an order product line to remove the entire quantity of that line from your order.Salesforce CPQ adjusts the available quantity on the related quote line.
- Save your changes.
Note In Lightning, clicking the Create Order button only creates the order related to the quote.
If a user then clicks Edit Order Products, order products are created for all quote lines
related to the order's quote.
