In addition to legacy data migration, users often manually create on-demand records in the system. Migrated records with incorrect or missing CPQ data causes errors when renewing and amending contracts. You don’t realize there’s a problem until you begin to amend or renew a contract, so get that data imported correctly. Use the following guidelines for each object type to ensure that your data shape is accurate and formatted correctly, so the Salesforce Data Loader processes your imports successfully.
