In-App Guidance page in Setup, or you can create a custom report type for more in-depth analysis.

Metrics on the In-App Guidance Page in Setup
The In-App Guidance page in Setup shows these metrics for active prompts and walkthroughs.
Column
What It Shows
Views
The number of unique users who saw the prompt or walkthrough. This number doesn’t
include video views.
Completes
The percentage of users who clicked the Action button in a prompt, click the action
link in a walkthrough, or clicked Finish on the last step of a
walkthrough.
To reset the metric values to zero, select Reset Metrics from the
prompt’s or walkthrough’s actions dropdown. Consider resetting metrics when you make significant
changes to an active prompt or walkthrough where the end date hasn’t passed. In this case, users
see the prompt or walkthrough again after you reset its metrics.
Custom Report Type
To analyze in-app guidance usage in more detail, set up a custom report type that uses the
Prompt Action object. Add these fields as columns in the report.
