Managing Settings That Apply to All In-App Guidance From Setup, manage settings that apply to all prompts and walkthroughs, including content that your company manages and content that Salesforce provides. Manage the time delay between in-app guidance appearances, and control what types of in-app guidance are available.
Limits for In-App Guidance The number of prompts and walkthroughs you can create is limited. The number of prompts and walkthroughs you can install from AppExchange isn’t limited but we recommend a maximum number that you can have at one time.
