          Turn On Conversation Search

          Enable Sales Signals from the Einstein for Sales page in Setup.

          Required Editions

          Note
          Note Conversation Search is not available for testing in sandbox orgs because the Data 360 connectors for Einstein Conversation Insights features are not currently supported in sandbox environments.

          Prior to enabling Sales Signals, the following features must be enabled:

          • Einstein Conversation Insights: This can be enabled in Setup, from the General Settings page under Einstein Conversation Insights.
          • Data 360: This can be enabled in Data Cloud Setup.
          Available in: Lightning Experience
          Available in Starter, Pro, Enterprise, Performance, Unlimited, and Agentforce 1 Sales Editions with the Einstein for Sales add-on and Einstein Conversation Insights.
          User Permissions Needed
          To enable Einstein Conversation Insights: Customize Application
          1. Navigate to the General Settings page under Einstein Conversation Insights in Setup.
          2. Turn on Conversation Search.
            Turning on Conversation Search starts a search index creation and Data 360 sync process which takes some time to complete.
          3. Grant access to Data 360 objects.
          4. For remote orgs and non-default data spaces, make sure to associate a permission set with your data space in order to use Conversation Search and other Data 360 features.

          Conversation Search Considerations

          • Conversation Search is only officially supported in English.
          • Enabling Conversation Search consumes Data 360 credits from creating a search index, additional indexing for new transcripts, and search operations.
          • All available transcripts are searched, but users see only the calls they have access to. Select a timestamp to jump to the related section of the call transcript and access other call details.
