Turn On Sales Signals
Enable Sales Signals from the Einstein for Sales page in Setup.
Required Editions
Note Sales Signals is not available for testing in sandbox orgs because the
Data 360 connectors for Einstein Conversation Insights features are not currently
supported in sandbox environments.
Prior to enabling Sales Signals, the following features must be enabled:
- Einstein Conversation Insights: This can be enabled in Setup, from the General Settings page under Einstein Conversation Insights.
- Einstein Generative AI: This can be enabled in Setup, from the Einstein Generative AI Setup page.

- Navigate to the Einstein for Sales page in Setup.

Make sure Data 360 is set up.
Follow the steps in the wizard to enable Data 360.

Connect Sales Signals to Data 360.
Connecting Sales Signals starts a Data 360 sync process of transcript and insight data from up to six months back, and ensures this data is captured moving forward.
- Turn on Sales Signals.
- Assign permission sets to users. To grant access to view and refresh Sales Signals, assign users the Einstein Sales Signals permission set.
- Grant access to Data 360 objects.
There are a few requirements to see conversation data in Sales Signals:
- At least 100 instances of a specific keyword insight are needed to begin using Sales Signals. This does not include automatic insights such as Longest Monologue or Question.
- Competitor and Product insights should be configured beforehand. You can configure keyword insights from the Call Insights page in Setup.
- Only keywords and transcripts in English are supported at this time.
- Calls must be at least two minutes long and include a transcript.
- 100 segments with a particular competitor or product are needed for a given insight to
appear.
