In-Person Meeting Transcription
Use the Salesforce mobile app to capture face-to-face meeting information and transform it into actionable CRM data. With In-Person Meetings enabled, you can capture AI-powered transcripts and get insights and recommendations from Einstein Conversation Insights.

This feature requires the Seller-Focused Mobile Experience.
Before your meeting, tap the Live Activity notification that appears on your home page before the meeting begins, or go to the Meeting Details page. For the meeting you would like to transcribe, select Launch Assistant and Start Transcription.
The AI continues transcribing even if you lose connectivity or lock your screen. The transcript continues even if you navigate away from the Salesforce App. You can use the Pause or Resume buttons on the meeting details page as needed.
Click Stop Transcribing to end the transcription. After it is finished, the app uses smart tagging to distinguish voices. Match names to speakers or manually add attendees not on the original invite.
Select Save Meeting Notes after assigning names to or adding a speaker. The transcript syncs instantly to ECI for your team to access.
The video call record created after the call ends is associated with the meeting event. The related record and suggested participant information can also be pulled from the associated event.
