          Considerations for Sales Signals

          To use Sales Signals, consider supported functionality, usage, limitations and allowances, limits, and other issues.

          Required Editions

          Available in: Lightning Experience
          Available in Starter, Pro, Enterprise, Performance, Unlimited, and Agentforce 1 Sales Editions with the Einstein for Sales add-on, Data 360, and Einstein Conversation Insights.

          Note This feature does not draw down credits for AI usage if your org has Agentforce for Sales, Service, or Industry add-on license, or if your org has Agentforce 1 Edition for Sales, Service, or Industry.           Sales Signals Feature Language and Locale Support

          Einstein Conversation Insights is not supported in Experience Cloud or Government Cloud.

          Data 360 is required to use Sales Signals.

          Sales Signals supports up to one refresh every 7 days.

          Other Considerations

          • Competitor and Product insights should be configured beforehand. You can configure keyword insights from the Call Insights page in Setup.
          • 100 segments with a particular competitor or product are needed for a given insight to appear.
          • Calls must be at least two minutes long and include a transcript.
          • Admins can refresh conversation data 7 days after the last update.
