          Outlook and Gmail Integration and Inbox Email Productivity Features

          Email integrations provide sales reps with Salesforce data directly in Microsoft Outlook and Gmail. Review the features available in each environment.

          Required Editions

          Available in: Salesforce Classic and Lightning Experience
          Available with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Lightning Platform in: Essentials, Group, Professional, Enterprise, Performance, Unlimited, and Developer Editions

          The Outlook integration (with or without email productivity features) is available in the Microsoft AppSource Store as a Salesforce add-in. The Gmail integration (with or without email productivity features) is available in the Chrome Web Store as a Salesforce Chrome extension. Some email productivity features are also available when sending email from Lightning Experience.

          Note
          Note Email productivity features are available with an Inbox, Sales Cloud Einstein, or Sales Engagement license. Sales reps can access email productivity features from their desktop email applications or Lightning Experience.
