          Get Started Managing Sales with Sales Engagement

          Start using Sales Engagement by navigating to the app and creating your first cadence.

          Required Editions

          Available in: Lightning Experience
          Available with Sales Engagement, which is included with Sales in Performance, Einstein 1, and Unlimited Editions, and available for an extra cost in Professional and Enterprise Editions. Sales Engagement is also available for an extra cost in Service and Lightning Platform.
          User Permissions Needed
          To set up Sales Engagement: Customize Application AND Modify All Data
          1. From the App Launcher, find and open Sales Engagement.
          2. To start using Einstein Activity Capture, click the banner at the top of the page.
            If you’re new to Dialer, click the banner to select a Dialer number.
          3. Switch to the split view in console.
          4. Create and activate a cadence.
          5. Add prospects to a cadence.
