            Buyer-Focused Engagement Reports for Sales Engagement

            These standard reports measure engagements for each of your leads, and contacts. These reports don’t include information about reps.

            Required Editions

            Available in: Lightning Experience
            Available with Sales Engagement, which is included with Sales in Performance, Einstein 1, and Unlimited Editions, and available for an extra cost in Professional and Enterprise Editions. Sales Engagement is also available for an extra cost in Service and Lightning Platform.

            Leads with Engagements by Day

            This report shows the level of engagement from leads through email and call engagement activities per day.
