          Cadence and Lead Outcome Reports for Sales Engagement

          This set of standard reports measures Sales Engagement outcomes and ROI.

          Required Editions

          Available in: Lightning Experience
          Available with Sales Engagement, which is included with Sales in Performance, Einstein 1, and Unlimited Editions, and available for an extra cost in Professional and Enterprise Editions. Sales Engagement is also available for an extra cost in Service and Lightning Platform.

          Cadence Completion Reason

          This report shows the percentage of cadence completions by completion reason for cadences that had contacts or leads added within the past 30 days.

          The completion reason field is empty until a target completes a cadence.

          If you increase the report’s time span, and your company contains many leads or contacts in each cadence, the report can take longer to run. Use filtering to improve performance and limit the results returned by the report. For example, reduce the time span to cadences less than the default 30-day setting.

          To include the Cadence Disposition Reason, clone this report type and edit the layout to add the field. Then build a report based on the new report type.

          Lead Conversions by Cadence

          This report shows which leads have converted in the last 30 days for each cadence. It also includes leads not in sales cadences.

          This report shows how many leads sales reps are converting, the dollar value of the related opportunities, and the top sales performers.
