There are three out-of-the-box Sales Engagement Performance Dashboards powered by CRM Analytics.

Lead Performance Dashboard
The Lead Performance dashboard shows details of how your team is working their leads, both within and outside of Sales Engagement. The dashboard includes all leads, not just leads that have been assigned to cadences.
Key Data Points
- How many leads were touched
- The number of conversions
- The average number of touches per lead
- Average touches per lead
- Average minutes to first outreach
- Average days to convert
Sales teams can filter lead statistics by sales rep, date range, and cadence.
Engagement Performance Dashboard
With the Engagement Performance dashboard, view prospect engagement statistics for emails (sent, opened, delivered) and phone calls, sorted by cadence, date range, sales rep, or a combination. Email clicks and reply engagements can also be configured to appear here.

- Filter by users and their step level engagements (Only available in the Sales Engagement Performance Dashboard.)
Sales teams can filter engagement statistics by sales rep, date range, cadence, and step type.
In standard platform reports, you can only see steps and their engagements separately from users and their engagements.
Cadence Performance Dashboard
View cadence effectiveness with the Cadence Performance dashboard. Details include statistics on targets-in-progress, lead conversion, and cadence completions.
