          Rep-Focused Activity and Engagement Reports for Sales Engagement

          These standard reports measure activity and engagements for each of your reps.

          Required Editions

          Available in: Lightning Experience
          Available with Sales Engagement, which is included with Sales in Performance, Einstein 1, and Unlimited Editions, and available for an extra cost in Professional and Enterprise Editions. Sales Engagement is also available for an extra cost in Service and Lightning Platform.

          Call Activity

          This report shows which reps are making the most phone calls, and the results of those calls.

          This report shows which reps have converted the most leads in the last 30 days with each cadence.

          Key Data Points
          • Lead name, company, source, and key reportable lead fields
          • Converted account, contact, and opportunity name and amounts
          • Cadence completion reason, disposition, assignee, and all other reportable cadence tracker fields
          Notes To include the additional converted account, contact, and opportunity amounts, clone this report type and edit the layout to add the fields. Then build a report based on the new report type.

          This report shows the engagement of your users for overall email and call activity per day.
