          Reassign Leads from a Queue

          Accepting leads from a queue is an easy way to reassign leads to yourself.

          Required Editions

          Available in: Salesforce Classic and Lightning Experience
          Available in: Starter, Essentials, Group, Professional, Enterprise, Performance, Unlimited, Pro Suite, and Developer Editions with Sales
          User Permissions Needed
          To change or accept ownership of leads from a queue: Edit on leads
          1. Go to a list view that shows a lead queue. If you don’t see a lead queue, ask your admin to add you as queue member.
          2. Select the leads you want to own.
          3. Click Accept.

          To reassign a single lead from a queue, go to the record detail page and change the record owner.
