Review the Sync Recommendations and Features for Salesforce Meetings
To use Salesforce Meetings, we recommend using an activity sync solution such as Einstein Activity Capture. The Salesforce Meetings features that are available to sales reps depend on which sync product is used.

We recommend that you enable Einstein Activity Capture because it offers the most comprehensive meeting and event information when events are synced to Salesforce.
