          Note
Note Since February 2022, parts of the enablement site workflow have had a few label changes. We've updated some terminology in Trailmaker and in this help, but previous terminology can still appear in Salesforce, this help, and other resources such as Trailhead and Salesforce Knowledge. See Terminology Changes from myTrailhead to Enablement Sites.

People in multiple roles in your company collaborate to bring your enablement experience to life. Three personas in particular have critical roles: Salesforce admins, content creators, and release managers. They’re responsible for developing and implementing your company’s content strategy.

Before you commit resources to building your company’s enablement experience, evaluate your requirements and plan your solution. Identify your learning audience, strategize on how your enablement experience extends your company’s brand, and gather the resources and people to make it happen.

With your enablement site created and users established, it’s time to let your creative teams outline, draft, review, and polish the content for your audiences. When your content is finalized, writers can create the trails, modules, units, and quizzes in Trailmaker.
