            If you don’t want to see system tray alerts for sync and other errors, you can hide them.

            Available with the purchase of Sales Cloud or Government Cloud in: Personal, Contact Manager, Professional, Enterprise, Performance, Unlimited, and Developer Editions

            Right-click the system tray icon Salesforce CRM for Outlook system tray icon and click Hide Alerts.
