          Considerations for Setting Up Prospecting Center

          If you’re a Salesforce admin, review considerations about Prospecting Center before setting up the product for your users.

          Required Editions

          Available in: Lightning Experience
          Available with Sales Engagement, which is included with Sales in Performance, Unlimited Editions, Agentforce 1 Edition, and available for an extra cost in Professional and Enterprise Editions. Sales Engagement is also available for an extra cost in Service and Lightning Platform.
          Important
          Important Prospecting Center is scheduled for retirement in all Salesforce orgs as of April, 2026. For existing customers, Prospecting Center remains available till April 2027.
          • Make sure that Unification rules for Account and Individual data model objects (DMOs) are defined.
          • Prospecting Center supports up to 100 data segments defined in Salesforce Data Cloud Setup. If more than 100 segments are defined, Prospecting Center uses the first 100 in alphabetical order by segment name. You can select up to five segments at a time.
          • If you have a consumption-based Data 360 plan, the usage of Prospecting Center contributes to your overall Data 360 credit usage under the Data Query service. Start your Prospecting Center configuration with Data 360 settings.
          • Your org is eligible to use Prospecting Center only if you have fewer than 1 million combined accounts, contacts, leads, and opportunities.
