            Give Users Access to Prospecting Center

            For sales reps to access the Prospecting Center app, assign the necessary user permissions and enable the Prospecting Center user app permissions.

            Required Editions

            Available in: Lightning Experience
            Available with Sales Engagement, which is included with Sales in Performance, Unlimited Editions, Agentforce 1 Edition, and available for an extra cost in Professional and Enterprise Editions. Sales Engagement is also available for an extra cost in Service and Lightning Platform.
            Important
            Important Prospecting Center is scheduled for retirement in all Salesforce orgs as of April, 2026. For existing customers, Prospecting Center remains available till April 2027.
            User Permissions Needed
            To enable users to access the Prospecting Center app: Prospecting Center User
            1. Go to permission sets.
            2. Clone any one of the permission sets.
              For example, you can clone Sales Engagement Cadence Creator, Quick Cadence Creator, or Sales Engagement User permission sets.
            3. In the new permission set, enable the Prospecting Center User app permission.
            4. Assign this new permission set so that the user can view the Prospecting Center App.
