Available with Sales Engagement, which is included with Sales in
Performance, Unlimited Editions, Agentforce 1 Edition, and
available for an extra cost in Professional and Enterprise Editions.
Sales Engagement is also available for an extra cost in Service and Lightning
Platform.
Important Prospecting Center is scheduled for retirement in all Salesforce orgs as
of April, 2026. For existing customers, Prospecting Center remains available till April
2027.
Sales integrates seamlessly with Data 360 to empower sales reps with
enriched prospect data. By syncing sales data with third-party data sources, Prospecting
Center provides unified insights and advanced segmentation. This process allows sales reps to
identify high-potential prospects more effectively, improve account scoring, and tailor their
engagement strategies for better conversion rates. The integration ensures a quick transition
to more intelligent and data-driven sales processes.
