Performance, Unlimited Editions, Agentforce 1 Edition, and
available for an extra cost in Professional and Enterprise Editions.
Sales Engagement is also available for an extra cost in Service and Lightning
Platform.
Integration of Prospecting Center and Data 360 Prospecting Center, powered by Data 360, uses various external and internal signals to calculate scores, which in turn enables sales reps to allocate their time more effectively and drive better outcomes in their sales efforts.
Set Up Prospecting Center Use the Setup menu to get the guidance you need for setting up Prospecting Center. Make sure you enable Data 360 and Sales Engagement in the same Salesforce org (not in a sandbox).
Find Your Next Customer With Prospecting Center Get an all-in-one view of your accounts and their scores, with multiple ways to find your next prospects, depending on how you want them to be categorized. You can prioritize them based on either segments or scores. You can see scores for all accounts or dive into each account for more details.
