Prepare to use Prospecting Center in four high-level steps.

          • Select your data space. Data spaces allow you to view and work on data only in the context of your category.
          • Bring in your raw Sales data. Connect your Sales data to Data 360 by using the native Salesforce CRM connector. This process includes sales activities such as sending and receiving emails, engagement data, and conversation insights. You can also bring in third-party data by using the ZoomInfo Connector.
          • Unify your customer information. Map your ingested data with Data 360 standard 360 Data Model for harmonization. Use Identity Resolution rules to create a 360 view of all customer touch-points into a unified individual profile for segmentation.
          • Build your marketing segments. Create audience segments on the unified individual profile, using the segment canvas drag functionality, to be viewed in the Prospecting Center app.
          • Set up Prospecting Center. Enable the Prospecting Center app for sellers to view prospects within the accounts that they own or within their territories to identify their next best customer and create a plan for outreach.
          • Considerations for Setting Up Prospecting Center
If you’re a Salesforce admin, review considerations about Prospecting Center before setting up the product for your users.
          • Configure Data 360 for Prospecting Center
To set up Prospecting Center, enable and configure Data 360 so you can leverage the data effectively. Data 360 can be enabled in any Salesforce org.
          • Configure Third-Party Connectors for Prospecting Center
Configure data to flow into Prospecting Center through connectors and third-party integrations. New connectors are added regularly to expand what data can be ingested into Prospecting Center, providing more value when unifying your data.
          • Enable Data Governance Permissions for Prospecting Center Objects
To use Data 360 Data Governance features for Prospecting Center, you need to grant access to the impacted objects according to an access policy.
          • Enable Prospecting Center
To score your accounts and act on the most accurate and data-driven prospects, spending less time in analyzing your customers, turn Prospecting Center and Account Scoring. After Prospecting Center is connected, your data from Data 360 is synced.
          • Configure Prospecting Center
Configure Segments, set up scoring rules, and give user permissions so that users can act on the most accurate and data-driven prospects.
          • Set Up A Sandbox for Prospecting Center
In a sandbox, delete the related data transforms and data lake objects (DLO) to enable Prospecting Center without errors. You can also set up your sandbox, if you’ve enabled Prospecting Center on your production Salesforce org and you want to test features.
