Set up Salesforce so that when you activate or deactivate a product, all related prices for that product are activated or deactivated at the same time. - Organize Products with Product Families
Use the Product Family picklist to categorize your products. For example, if your company sells both hardware and software, you can create two product families: Hardware and Software.
