Some Salesforce Spiff options were retired and replaced with new enhancements that provide better user experiences, security, or performance.

Services API Enabled
HelloSign (eSign) in Documents retired on March 16, 2024. Built-in document management in the February 26 release replaced this functionality.
Benchmarking retired on March 22, 2024.
Spiff Assistant AI features retired on April 15, 2024.
Commission Predictor statement card retired on April 30, 2024.
Smart Uploader via FlatFile retired on April 30, 2024. This change doesn't affect the behavior for importing data on the Data Sources page.
Spiff Analytics retired on May 14, 2024, but you retain access until your renewal date. If you're interested in analytics alternatives before your renewal date, contact your account executive.
Reporting Database (PostgreS Database) retired on May 14, 2024, but you retain access until your renewal date. After renewal, access to the reporting database is unavailable.
