With the lead generation subagents and actions, customers gain access to an agent on your website that answers questions, captures the necessary data to generate leads, and quickly schedules a meeting with a sales rep.

          Lead Generation for Agentforce Service Agent includes these subagents, actions, and flows.

          Subagents:

          • Sales Record Creation—Instructs the agent to generate Salesforce records. By default, it creates lead records, but you can configure the subagent to create contacts and person accounts instead.
          • Prospect Meeting Scheduling—Instructs the agent to send a calendar meeting link to the prospect.

          Actions: Get Record Fields, Create a Sales Lead Record, Create a Sales Contact Record, Create a Sales Person Account Record, and Return Calendar Link.
