            Set Up Agentforce Sales ChatGPT App (Beta)

            To bring your Salesforce data into ChatGPT so your sellers can research, strategize, and close more deals, set up the Agentforce Sales ChatGPT App.

            Required Editions

            Available in: Enterprise, Performance, and Unlimited editions with the Agentforce for Sales and Einstein for Sales add-ons. Also available with Einstein 1 Sales and Agentforce 1 Sales editions.
            User Permissions Needed
            To set up the Agentforce Sales ChatGPT App in Salesforce: Customize Application AND View Setup
            To give Salesforce users access to the Agentforce Sales ChatGPT App in Salesforce: Customize Application AND View Setup
            To turn on and publish the Agentforce Sales app in ChatGPT: ChatGPT admin
            Note
            Note Agentforce Sales ChatGPT App isn't supported in sandbox orgs.
            1. From the gear icon, select Salesforce Go.
            2. Search for Agentforce Sales ChatGPT App (Beta).
            3. Go to the Agentforce Sales ChatGPT App (Beta) page and turn it on.
            4. Assign the Agentforce Sales ChatGPT App User permission set to users who need access.
            5. Log in to ChatGPT.
            6. In your profile, select Workspace Settings, and then Apps.
            7. Enable the Agentforce Sales App.
            8. Configure user access to the app.
            9. Accept the terms and click Publish.
            10. Enter your Salesforce credentials on the login page.

            To get started, users must connect the Agentforce Sales ChatGPT App to their Salesforce accounts.

            Note To use the Agentforce Sales ChatGPT App, Salesforce users need a ChatGPT Enterprise or Business account.
