            Connect Your Salesforce Account to the Agentforce Sales ChatGPT App (Beta)

            To start using the Agentforce Sales ChatGPT App, connect your Salesforce account in ChatGPT.

            Required Editions

            Available in: Enterprise, Performance, and Unlimited editions with the Agentforce for Sales and Einstein for Sales add-ons. Also available with Einstein 1 Sales and Agentforce 1 Sales editions.
            User Permissions Needed
            To use the Agentforce Sales ChatGPT App, and to connect it to your Salesforce account:

            Agentforce Sales ChatGPT App User

            AND

            ChatGPT Enterprise or Business account
            1. Log in to your ChatGPT account.
            2. In your profile, select Personalization, and then Apps.
            3. Click Explore and select the Agentforce Sales App.
            4. Click Connect, and then Continue to Agentforce Sales.
            5. Enter your Salesforce credentials on the login page.

            To find the app in ChatGPT, mention Sales Agentforce or click the plus sign in the chat bar.

            Note
            Note If you’re logged in to another Salesforce org in the same browser when you attempt to log in to the Agentforce Sales ChatGPT App, you can experience a login failure or a redirect to the wrong org. To avoid these issues, log in to the intended Salesforce org first, then connect to the app.
