            Adjust Forecasts

            Forecast managers can adjust forecast totals for themselves and their immediate associates. Associates can adjust their own forecasts and those of subsequent products or services, depending on the defined ownership.

            Required Editions

            Available in: Lightning Experience
            Available in: Enterprise, Unlimited with Sales, and in Agentforce 1 Sales Edition

            Your adjustments roll up in the hierarchy and become visible to managers.

            1. On the forecasts page, hover over the forecast value you want to adjust, and then click Pencil.
            2. Enter the adjusted value and notes about why you made the adjustment.
            3. Save your changes.
              An Yellow triangle icon icon appears in the cell to show that you adjusted the forecast. When you hover over it, a window appears to show the adjustment details.

            To adjust multiple forecasts at the same time, double-click each forecast value to edit it, and then click Save.

            To revert an adjustment you made, hover over it, click Pencil, and then click Revert.
