          Connect Your Salesforce Account to the Agentforce Sales Agent for Gemini (Beta)

          To use the Agentforce Sales Agent for Gemini, connect your Salesforce account in Gemini.

          Required Editions

          Available in: Enterprise, Performance, and Unlimited editions with the Agentforce for Sales and Einstein for Sales add-ons. Also available with Einstein 1 Sales and Agentforce 1 Sales editions.
          User Permissions Needed
          To use the Agentforce Sales Agent for Gemini, and to connect it to your Salesforce account:

          Custom permission set for Agentforce Sales Agent for Gemini

          AND

          User access to Gemini Enterprise

          1. Log in to your Gemini Enterprise account.
          2. Click Agents and select Agentforce Sales Agent.
          3. Start a new chat.
          4. When the agent asks, authenticate to Salesforce.
          5. Log in to Salesforce.
          6. Start chatting with the agent in Gemini.
          Note
          Note If you’re logged in to another Salesforce org in the same browser when you attempt to log in to the Sales Agent in Gemini, you can experience a login failure or a redirect to the wrong org. To avoid these issues, log in to the intended Salesforce org first, then connect to the app.
